From Ukraine to Florida: The Journey of a Custom-Made Aircraft RV 10 – A TechAvia Success Story
At TechAvia, a leading light in Ukraine’s aviation industry, we recently witnessed another milestone in our history. Our company received an order for an aircraft from the USA, which we assembled with meticulous attention to detail, striving to meet all the client’s requirements.
The manufacturing process began with an advance payment for the aircraft from our American clients. From the outset, we maintained constant communication with the clients, providing them with photographs of each assembly stage. This process not only strengthened the clients’ trust but also allowed them to feel part of this exciting project.
After the completion of assembly and thorough inspection of the aircraft in Ukraine, we faced the challenge of transporting the aircraft to the USA. The solution involved dismantling the wings and tail of the aircraft for easier transportation. The aircraft was carefully transported to Poland, where it was packed into a special container for ocean shipping.
Next began its nearly month-long journey: the ship carrying the aircraft set off from the Polish port of Gdynia to Florida. We ensured that the entire shipping process was insured, providing additional security and confidence to our client.
Upon arrival in Florida, the aircraft was delivered to the small airfield of the new owner. In accordance with the client’s request, our engineers also traveled to the USA to complete the aircraft’s assembly, installing the wings and tail section. This was followed by thorough testing of the aircraft right at the airfield.
In conclusion of this unique project, we proudly handed over the fully ready and tested aircraft to its new owner. This project not only demonstrates our high standards of work and attention to detail but also affirms our ability to fulfill international orders, overcoming geographical and logistical hurdles.
At TechAvia, we pride ourselves on our ability to bridge worlds, despite distances, and continue to stand firmly at the forefront of the aviation industry.
